HACCP Offshore Online Training Session

On 28 August 2025, PHEIO Management Sdn Bhd conducted a targeted and interactive HACCP Offshore Online Training session, led by Ms Najihah Mohamad and Puan Nur Aina Izzati.

Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) is a globally recognized system essential for identifying, evaluating, and controlling food safety hazards especially in complex offshore environments where control and consistency are critical.

Training Highlights Included:
• Understanding HACCP principles in the context of offshore operations
• Hazard identification and risk assessment for offshore food production and handling
• Establishing and monitoring critical control points (CCPs)
• Managing documentation and verification under challenging operational conditions
• Aligning offshore practices with international food safety standards

Participants from various offshore facilities engaged actively in the virtual platform, sharing real-life challenges and learning how to apply HACCP principles effectively in their unique work settings.
With this training, PHEIO Management continues to support capacity building and food safety awareness, even in the most remote and high-risk environments.

Because when you're offshore, control and vigilance aren't optional, they're the foundation of food safety.
