On 21 August 2025, PHEIO Management Sdn Bhd, represented by Ms Nur Aina Izzati, conducted a Food Handler Training session with the dedicated team at English Hotbreads (Sel) Sdn. Bhd.

🧼 Food Handler Training

This training aimed to enhance the team’s understanding of proper hygiene and food safety practices, in line with the Food Hygiene Regulations 2009. Key topics covered included:

• Importance of personal hygiene and protective clothing
• Safe handling of raw and cooked food
• Prevention of cross-contamination
• Cleaning and sanitation of food preparation areas
• The role and responsibility of food handlers in ensuring consumer safety
