Food Defense and Food Fraud Prevention Training

On 8 May 2026, All Good Food Manufacturing Sdn Bhd successfully conducted a Food Defense and Food Fraud Prevention Training facilitated by Puan Amirah Emran from PHEIO Management Sdn Bhd.
With increasing concerns surrounding intentional contamination and product authenticity within the global food supply chain, the training focused on raising awareness regarding food defense threats and food fraud vulnerabilities.
Participants explored key topics including TACCP and VACCP approaches, potential internal and external threats, economically motivated adulteration, supply chain risks, and preventive control measures. Practical discussions also encouraged participants to evaluate possible vulnerabilities within their own operational processes and identify areas requiring stronger protection and monitoring.
The session created meaningful awareness on the importance of building a proactive food protection culture to safeguard both consumers and brand integrity.
