On 7 May 2026, English Hotbreads (Sel) Sdn Bhd participated in the Food Allergen Management Training conducted by Puan Nur Nadhirah Husna Mohd Yusof Nadhirah Husna from PHEIO Management Sdn Bhd.
Food allergen management remains one of the most critical aspects in ensuring consumer safety, especially within food manufacturing operations. During the session, participants were exposed to the importance of allergen identification, segregation practices, cleaning verification, cross-contact prevention, and proper labelling controls.
The training also highlighted real industry cases involving allergen-related recalls and the operational impact of ineffective allergen management systems. Participants actively discussed practical control measures that can be implemented within their own processes to minimize risks and strengthen food safety assurance.
The session reflected the company’s commitment towards protecting consumers and maintaining responsible food handling practices throughout the production chain.
