HACCP AWARENESS & INTERNAL AUDIT – English Hotbreads (Sel) Sdn Bhd.

Food safety is not a one-time effort—it is built through continuous awareness, practice, and improvement.

On 10 April 2026, we conducted a HACCP Awareness Training for English Hotbreads (Sel) Sdn Bhd, led by Puan Nur Nadhirah Husna Mohd Yusof.

The session focused on strengthening understanding of HACCP principles, including hazard identification, critical control points, and the importance of maintaining consistent food safety practices in daily operations. The team’s enthusiasm and engagement reflected a strong willingness to build a safer food production environment through knowledge and awareness.

Following that, on 14 April 2026, we carried out a HACCP Internal Audit session facilitated by Puan Amirah Emran. Participants were guided through structured auditing processes, evaluating current practices, identifying gaps, and reinforcing compliance with HACCP requirements.

The session highlighted the team’s openness to improvement and their commitment to strengthening food safety systems.

Together, these two sessions reflect a complete cycle of learning, implementation, and continuous improvement.
