Promoting Food Safety Awareness at Lotus Desaru Beach Resort & Spa

On 3rd September 2025, PHEIO Management Sdn Bhd, represented by Puan Amirah Emran, conducted a Food Handler Training session with the dedicated team at Lotus Desaru Beach Resort & Spa.
This training aimed to strengthen the team’s knowledge of essential food safety and hygiene practices, aligned with the requirement of Food Hygiene Regulations 2009.

Key topics included:

* Importance of personal hygiene and protective clothing
* Safe handling of raw and cooked food
* Prevention of cross-contamination
* Cleaning and sanitation of food preparation areas
* Roles and responsibilities of food handlers in ensuring consumer safety
