On 27 August 2025, Ms Najihah Mohamad from PHEIO Management Sdn Bhd conducted an in-depth Food Handler Training session with the team at MCY Food Supply (M) Sdn Bhd.

The training covered essential topics including:
Fundamentals of food safety and contamination prevention
Personal hygiene requirements and best practices
Proper food handling and storage techniques to prevent cross-contamination

Understanding the importance of cleaning and sanitization
Safe temperature control during food preparation and storage
Responsibilities of food handlers in maintaining a safe food production environment

Participants engaged in interactive discussions and practical demonstrations to reinforce key concepts and skills.

This training session aims to strengthen MCY Food Supply’s commitment to maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene, ensuring that every food handler plays an active role in delivering safe, quality food products to consumers.
