GOOD HYGIENE PRACTICE (GHP) AND HAZARD ANALYSIS AND CRITICAL CONTROL POINT (HACCP) INSPECTION

On 1st October 2025, Puan Nur Nadhirah Husna Mohd Yusof and Puan
Nur Aina Izzati from PHEIO Management Sdn Bhd conducted a Good Hygiene Practice (GHP) and Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) inspection at Lotus Desaru Beach Resort & Spa Sdn Bhd (LDBR)

The inspection was carried out based on the following requirements:
-HACCP (MS 1480:2019) and GMP (MS 1514:2022) standards
-Malaysia Food Hygiene Regulations 2009

The audit aimed to ensure that food handling, preparation, and hygiene practices at the resort align with the highest national and international standards — safeguarding every meal served to prevent any adverse health effects to consumers. This reflects LDBR’s ongoing commitment to food safety and quality.

Each inspection we conduct goes beyond mere compliance. It is a proactive effort to strengthen trust, uphold safety, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement within the resort’s Food Safety Management System (FSMS).
