FOOD HANDLING TRAINING / LATIHAN PENGENDALI MAKANAN

On 9 November 2025, Puan Nur Aina Izzati from PHEIO Management Sdn Bhd conducted a Food Handling Training for KSK GEMILANG (M) SDN BHD at PHEIO Training Room.

The session was not only to strengthen staff knowledge and compliance with the Malaysia Food Hygiene Regulations 2009 and best practices in safe food preparation, but also to cover critical areas essential to food safety excellence from personal hygiene and sanitation to food safety hazards, documentation, and traceability, the program emphasized that food handling is far more than a routine task.

Through this initiative, KSK GEMILANG (M) SDN BHD continues to set new benchmarks in hospitality excellence, core responsibility to safeguard health and uphold consumer trust and embedding a robust food safety culture at every stage of service.
