Closing Audit Meeting Across 7 Plants
On 19th August 2025 & 2nd September 2025, PHEIO Management Sdn Bhd successfully conducted a comprehensive Closing Meeting for the Internal Audit across 7 plants of Gardenia Bakeries (KL) Sdn Bhd. The session was spearheaded by the audit team comprising Puan Amirah, Puan Husna, and Miss Najihah.
This meeting marked the culmination of a structured audit process aimed at evaluating compliance, operational effectiveness, and alignment with food safety and quality standards across all locations.
Key Meeting Focus Areas:
• Review of audit findings from each of the 7 plants
• Identification of systemic and plant-specific non-conformities
• Discussion on root cause analysis and corrective action plans
• Sharing of best practices and improvement opportunities across plants
• Clarification of audit expectations and follow-up timelines
The session encouraged open dialogue between auditors and plant representatives, fostering a collaborative environment geared toward continuous improvement.
By closing the audit with transparency and clear direction, all seven plants are now better equipped to strengthen their food safety systems, ensure regulatory compliance, and uphold the high standards expected by PHEIO Management Sdn Bhd.
