On 10 November 2025, Puan Amirah Emran from PHEIO Management Sdn. Bhd. successfully conducted an ISO 9001 Awareness Training at Francestle Confectioneries (M) Sdn. Bhd.

The program aimed to introduce employees to the fundamental principles of the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System (QMS) and to reinforce their understanding of compliance, consistency, and continual improvement.
