For Lotus Desaru Beach & Resort, we carried out a specialized Food Safety Culture Audit aimed at measuring and enhancing food safety attitudes, behaviors, and practices across the organization.

This audit explored areas such as leadership involvement, communication effectiveness, employee commitment, and continuous improvement strategies. Through staff interviews, workplace observations, and culture assessment tools, we were able to identify strengths and areas for development. Our findings helped the resort take actionable steps towards building a more proactive and engaged food safety culture—essential for maintaining guest trust and satisfaction in the hospitality industry.
