This customized training was designed to help participants managed the food fraud risks associated with economically motivated adulteration and food defense risk, related to ideologically motivated adulteration, leading to contamination.

The course module tailored to the company's specific operations and supply chain, aligned with the GFSI and FSSC 22000 additional requirement. The trainier also shared the latest update of Food Defense and Food Fraud Requirements based on ISO 22002-100 First Edition 2025-07 Pre Requisite Program Part 100: Requirements for the food, feed and packaging supply chain

Key highlights:

* Conducting food fraud vulnerability assessments
* Developing and implementing a Food Defense Plan
* Identifying internal and external threats
* Strengthening preventive measures and security controls
