1. PROGRAM OVERVIEW
Food defence works to reduce the risk of tampering or other malicious, criminal, or terrorist actions on the food unlike food safety which emphasizes on measures to prevent unintentional contamination. All organizations recognize the increasing need to demonstrate and provide adequate evidence of their ability to identify and control food safety hazards regardless of whether these are intentional or unintentional.
2. TARGET GROUP
Specially targeted those who are responsible in development & implementation of Food Defence Systems including management representative, managers, internal auditors, food defence coordinator, food safety team leader, food defence or food safety team members, production, warehouse, security, IT, maintenance, human resource and administration executives or supervisors.
