Allergen management in food businesses should be seen as an integral part of existing food safety management rather than a completely new system. An effective allergen management system must consider all operations from sourcing of raw materials through manufacturing and packaging to the finished products, including product development.

2. TARGET GROUP

Specially targeted those who are responsible in development & implementation of Allergen Management Systems including Food Safety Team Leader, Food Safety Committee Members, Managers, Internal Food Safety Auditors, Store/ Warehouse, Procurement, Maintenance, Human Resource, Production and Quality Assurance Executives and Supervisors.
